MANDATORY EVENTS
World Bear Weekend promises to be one of the biggest parties of the year! Our action-packed weekend will be full of activities to keep all of our attendees entertained from daylight until well-past dark! We want everyone (including our contestants) to enjoy as much of the event as possible. However, there are some mandatory events you will need to attend to ensure you know when & where to be. Missing out on the mandatory events will also result in points being deducted from your total score — we don’t want that!
The World Bear & Pet Contest will be broken up into (3) separate nights to allow enough time for all categories. Judges interviews will take place on Saturday morning. Raffle ticket sales will take place on Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings to maximize ticket sales.

- 10:30pm-12:00am……….All Contestant Meet & Greet w/Raffle Sales
- 12:00am-12:45am……….All Contestant Cash Tallies & Record Counts
FRIDAY, JULY 31, 2026
- 02:00pm-04:00pm……….Talent Category Rehearsals (All Contestants)
- 07:30pm-09:00pm……….WBW Contest, Round 2 (Talent and Theme Wear)
- 10:30pm-12:00am……….All Contestant Cash Raffle Ticket Sales
