Thank you for your interest in providing education and/or entertainment at World Bear Weekend. Fill out the form below to be considered for one or more education/entertainment spot(s) during the weekend.
ELIGIBILITY, REQUIREMENTS, & PERKS
Below is a brief list of requirements to be considered for educator/entertainment spots at World Bear Weekend:
- All educators and entertainers at World Bear Weekend must be at least 21 years of age by 07/30/2026 to be eligible to participate in the event.
- Based on the subject matter of the educational class, attendees *may* be required to complete & sign consent forms and/or privacy statements (at the discretion of the educator and Education Coordinator).
- All classes/entertainment must be at least (60) minutes in length, and cannot exceed (90) minutes in length.
- All educators/entertainers are eligible for discounted/complimentary passes based on the number of hours worked during the weekend.
- (1) 60+ minute class = $50 discount
- (2) 60+ minute classes = $100 discount
- (3) 60+ minute classes = Free Gold All-Weekend Pass
- (4) 60+ minute classes = Free VIP All-Weekend Pass
- Only (1) educator/entertainer may receive the discount (noted above) for each class/entertainment offered. Additional educators may be allowed to assist, but only one discount will be given per class offered.
- Education/Entertainment applications should be submitted by March 31, 2026 to allow time to properly vet and select our panel of educators for our 2026 event.
- The Education Coordinator and WBW Producers will reach out by March 31, 2026 (or sooner) to let you know if your application has been accepted.
- Event space for classes is VERY limited in 2026. Not all classes will be approved simply due to the space constraints at our venues.
